Honors Reading and Honors English
● Scaled score of 626 or above as shown by the iReady Reading

Recommendations:

  • Honors Algebra 1= 17+ points (70% of points available)
  • Honors Math 7 = 10-16 points 
  • Math 7 = below 10 points

 

Process for Appealing Course Placement

  • Parents/guardians of students entering 7th Grade should:
    • Until the end of the school year, contact their child’s teacher(s) or Skyview administration with questions about academic scores and placement criteria 
    • After June 13, contact Arcola’s counseling office at 610-489-5000 ext. 30202 to register for appeals testing
  • Parents/guardians of students entering 8th Grade should:
    • Until the end of the school year, contact their child’s teacher(s) or Arcola administration with questions about academic scores and placement criteria
    • After June 13, contact Arcola’s counseling office at 610-489-5000 ext. 30202 to register for appeals testing
  • Prior to the testing date, parents/guardians will be contacted with information about completing appeals testing.
  • Within one week of the appeals test, parents/guardians will be contacted with the results of the assessment(s).
